BB Pocha는 많은 의미를 내포하고 있습니다. “BB”는 Blue Bella의 약자로 Fusion Japanese Restaurant인 Sushi bella의 창업주 Kabel Kim이 야심차게 준비한 두번째 Fusion Restaurant brand를 의미하며, “Pocha”는 한국 추억의 포장마차를 현대화시켜 밴쿠버 다국적문화에 널리 알려 모두가 편안한 분위기에서 즐길 수 있는 공간을 만들겠다는 비전을 담고 있습니다.

BB Pocha was founded in November of 2013 by the owner of Chef Kabel who is also the founder of Sushi Bella Restaurant and one of the recognized chefs in Vancouver for his service at Sushi Bella Restaurant since 2010.

BB Pocha introduces a special spirit of Kang-Nam style that runs in Kang-Nam Street in Seoul, into the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s entertainment district, serving seven nights a week.

“BB” stands for abbreviation for Blue Bella, representing one of branches under Sush Bella Restaurant operation. “Pocha” is an abbreviated Korean word which stands for Korean Street Food Wagon back since 80’s. “Pocha” is where various authentic Korean foods are conveniently served in the seating equipped in the street wagons or for take-out, available till late at night.

Reminiscence of Kang-Nam Street back in 80’s and 90’s in harmony and rhythm with modern times is re-created by BB Pocha’s authentic Korean Bistro and Bar.

BB Pocha offers our guests with innovative and memorable Korean dining experience with unique presentations to be enjoyed in the glow of rare mix of relaxed and intimate surrounding, music and people with offering complementary. Soju is the best known liquor from Korea.  It is distilled, vodka-like, rice liquor with high potency and often flavored similarly. It is smooth and clean in taste, which makes it easy to drink in combination with various Korean dishes. The main ingredient of soju is rice, almost always in combination with other ingredients such as wheat, barley, or sweet potatoes. Soju is clear-colored and typically varies in alcohol content from 10% to 25% proof. It was first known to have been distilled around 1300 A.D.
